Fabulous finger food and look impressive as they sizzle on the BBQ, plus they are very simple to prepare. I buy my king prawns frozen from Iceland, they are a good price and come in packets of around 11 to 12 prawns for £4.00. You can sometimes get the larger boxes of king prawns, but these are difficult to separate if you aren’t using the whole packet.
You can marinade them in a very simple chilli, garlic and rapeseed oil mix or to make it even easier, buy a Nando’s dry rub sachet from any of the leading supermarkets. These only cost £1 a packet and enough for a pack of king prawns, they come in several different flavours and chilli heat and naturally they can also be used for chicken wings & ribs.
