The Chalkstream Club had a great winter season of gatherings in West Stafford village hall, we would like to thank all our fabulous guest speakers and of course all of you who attended making those evenings great fun, not forgetting the amazing food and wine.. A big thank you also to the Wise Man for putting up with us and serving their fine ales.
The Salmon season has started, the Trout fishing begins on the 1st April so now is the time to get on and enjoy your fishing and of course our “Dorset Chalkstreams”
We hope to put together a casting / fishing clinic for later in the year so please watch this space.
Remember the Chalkstream Club photographic competition (friendly) these pictures will be looked at by us all at our first winter meeting in October. Helpers to sort, judge and perhaps donate a prize would be much appreciated.
Remember ALWAYS have a camera with you…
Perhaps stick in a few of your own words and a few jolly fishing pictures..
See you in a bit
