For the past seven weeks I have been struggling with a bad back and because of the pain, I spent four weeks sleeping in an armchair. Thankfully I’m on the road to recovery, but need to build my leg strength back.

I have been able to get out a little over this period, fun at the Nothe Fort, Valley of Stones with my film cameras, developing these films, Vicky and Billy’s birthdays etc.

Today I walked 3.5 miles home from Dorchester, still with the aid of a walking stick, but my first decent walk and my theme for today was “patterns” (see below) I did have a snooze in the afternoon!
