Day 1 Long drive to Stirling, with a walk in the city
Day 2 Shortish drive to Aberlour to visit Margaret, my Aunt
Slowly onto the retreat via Nairn and Pizza Hut, not a treat
Day 3 Chanonry Point to see the dolphins
Prepared Spag Bol, others arrived & soon we were full
Lynn, who owns the bunk house
Neale, Mr Podcast himself
Kelly, from Canada
Justin, from Nottingham
Rajaram & Judith from USA
Day 4 First walk around Monadh Mor, intimate images galore
Matt Sillars brought film and cameras, for us to load & play
Over to the Black Water to snap our 24
Day 5 Into Stirling to develop our film
A day of stress, red lights, blood and finally success
Day 6 Monadh Mor with a chill in the air
A visit to Susie’s, a stroll along the beach, family time
Mali Davies arrived, even more joy and laughter
Day 7 Cooked a full Scottish, fried haggis and more
Onto Loch Maree, the land of grand vistas, rainbows & wind
Mali gave his talk, more passion than P&P – what a night
Day 8 Last full day, long walk across Monadh Mor
Lynn showed us how to mount a print, new tips to learn
Onto Cromarty, oil rigs, churches and a missed pint
Last supper, more haggis and of course some wine
Day 9 Dust in my eyes as we bid farewell
Quick stop in Lancaster to see 14 Hastings Road, the Bradley home
Then down to Chorley for my overnight stay
Day 10 Up with the lark, along the canal
Last leg to home, it rained on the way
Big hug for Vicky, it’s good to be home
